Introduction of various quantitative methods/models for solving miscellaneous business problems under certain and uncertain environments. This is a Quantitative Management course for Decision Making.Business Decision Methods will teach students fundamental decision rules and various problems solving methods/tools through software demonstration and case studies as well as application examples.
